We Are Looking For People With

• 2 or more years of prior insurance experience
• Wholesale, E & S experience is preferred!
• Property and Casualty License
• Exceptional communication skills, organization, professionalism and customer-service mentality
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft 365 proficiency with an emphasis in Excel spreadsheets
  

Each Associate Broker Provides Vital Team Functions

• Liaise with carrier personnel and retail agents daily to assist with placement, retention, and resolution of risks
• Utilize independent judgment and market knowledge to identify and evaluate risk on a case by case and book of business basis
• Build relationships with agencies and analyze accounts to prioritize and develop action plans
• Market new business submissions and remarket renewal accounts with a customer-oriented focus
  
  

Pursuant to Illinois regulation, the compensation range for this position is $58,700 to $70,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
