RT Specialty, a division of Ryan Specialty, is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Broker to support the Broker in client service, policy administration, and underwriting activities. The Associate Broker will manage endorsements, renewals, and servicing transactions while maintaining high accuracy and thorough documentation.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-focused Associate Broker to serve as a trusted partner directly to the Broker. This individual will play a critical role in managing day-to-day client service, marketing, policy administration, and underwriting activities while helping ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and exceptional client outcomes. This is not simply a transactional processing role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong insurance knowledge, sound judgment, and a willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and thoughtfully evaluate requests before taking action. Success in this position requires someone who is dependable, proactive, intellectually curious, and capable of balancing multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy. The Associate Broker will work closely with the Broker on client and carrier interactions while developing the skills and confidence to independently manage responsibilities over time.
Becomes a trusted extension of the Broker and significantly reduces administrative burden. Demonstrates initiative by asking "why" and understanding the purpose and impact of requests before processing them. Consistently delivers accurate work with minimal errors. Develops the confidence and technical expertise to independently manage client and carrier interactions. Builds strong relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and exceptional service. Takes ownership of outcomes rather than simply completing tasks. Continues expanding insurance knowledge and demonstrates ambition to grow into a Producer, Broker, or leadership track role.

The target salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands.
Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
