We are seeking an Associate Broker to join our team at Risk Placement Services, Inc. This role involves developing and acquiring new business revenue from both new and existing clients, providing high-level client service, managing accounts, and supporting senior staff in handling medium to large books of business. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience. A license is also required.

Responsibilities include:

1. Account management and client service for assigned accounts
2. Supporting the development and acquisition of new business
3. Managing a subset of less complex clients and internal processes
