Job summary

Amwins is seeking an Associate Broker to join the Edison, NJ brokerage team. This in-office position does not involve cold calling and offers a salary commensurate with experience with annual bonus potential.

You will review submissions for new or renewal quotes, determine coverage needs, and develop proposals while coordinating with underwriters and agencies to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Wholesale insurance experience preferred.
• Current P&C license preferred.
• Experience with developing relationships at all levels both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Review submission information required to issue new or renewal quotes.
• Analyze new and renewal submissions and provide market selection.

• Monitor various reports for consistency.
• Other duties as assigned based on team need.
