MegaMex Foods in Orange, CA is seeking an Associate Brand Manager for the HERDEZ brand to drive growth across channels with holistic brand management and strong P&L leadership.

You will assist with annual brand planning, brand strategy, new product development, packaging and budget management, collaborating with R&D, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver consumer-relevant innovations on time and on budget.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree required; MBA a plus; Spanish language skills a plus.
• Three years of marketing and product development or related experience, preferably in the food/beverage CPG industry.
• Strong knowledge of the food industry and product development concepts.
• Experience with new product concept research validation is a plus.
• Ability to lead, think strategically, and drive opportunities with strong communication.

Aufgaben

• Megabrand strategy and holistic brand leadership across channels.
• Assists in development of annual and multi-year operating plans with strategy, targets, and commercialization.
• P&L ownership including forecasting, pricing, trade spend, and gross margin delivery.
• Oversee integrated marketing plans across advertising, media, digital, shopper programs.
• Lead cross-functional team to deliver On-time, on-budget innovations and portfolio growth.
