Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Brand Manager for our New Jersey market to own brand activation and demand forecasting across omnichannel channels. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce to implement integrated trade programs and support product launches with strong analytics.

The role requires 2+ years in brand/trade marketing or analytics, and a bachelor's degree. You will drive in-store merchandising, program planning, and cross-functional coordination in a dynamic

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Brand Marketing, Customer Strategy, Sales, eCommerce, Field Teams, and agency partners.
• Support and execute integrated trade marketing, shopper marketing, and omnichannel activation plans.
• Own the annual activation calendar, coordinating product launches, retail programs, and key commercial initiatives.
• Lead customer-specific trade customization by adapting brand strategies and promotional plans.
• Drive in-store excellence through display planning, merchandising initiatives, and retail activation programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree required; preferably in Marketing/Business or a related field.
• At least 2 year of experience in brand management, trade marketing or operations business analytics, preferably within CPG.
• Experience working on new product forecasting, insights gathering, and business case development.
• Strong budget management and forecasting skills.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required.
