Job summary

Master’s Transportation seeks an Associate Branch Manager to support the District Manager in overseeing daily branch operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Summary:

The Associate Branch Manager supports the District Manager in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Essential Functions:
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Ensure the branch operates efficiently and complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Foster a customer-focused environment and train staff on best practices in customer service.
  • Lead the recruiting, training, and supervising of branch staff.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and manage time-off requests.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
