Take the next step from strong technical contributor to emerging consultant. The Associate Consultant supports a broad range of group health and welfare engagements for clients, helping them evaluate benefit design, funding, cost management, and other strategic health plan initiatives. The role combines hands-on analysis, project coordination, and responsibility for defined workstreams, substantial interaction with clients and their partners, and the opportunity to coach junior colleagues while continuing to deepen expertise in complex and non-standard health consulting assignments.
Working under the direction of health consultants and senior client team members, you will independently own assigned analyses and project components and contribute directly to client discussions and deliverables. Key responsibilities include:
Associate Consultants are expected to work with increasing independence, exercise strong analytical judgement, contribute directly to client relationships, and take ownership of defined projects and workstreams. A strong emphasis is placed on quality, responsiveness, mentorship of junior staff, and the ability to translate technical findings into practical client recommendations.
