Greet clients and create a welcoming environment, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
Open new accounts and service existing ones while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions and offering product knowledge.
Support branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank policies.
