Responsibilities

• Perform daily branch tasks: account transactions, maintenance, customer correspondence, balancing, cash handling, cash shipments, and item collection.
• Cross-sell bank products; open/close accounts; process transfers and instructions; service customers; file maintenance.
• Maintain balancing records; identify outages and assist with resolution.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through cross-selling to customers and prospects.
• Deliver superior customer service and escalate issues as needed.
• Follow branch policies, procedures, regulations, confidentiality, and controls.
• Address problems professionally and escalate complex issues.
• Communicate openly with branch team members.
• Display planning, dependability, flexibility, and participation in change.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services; seek help for development.
• Pursue knowledge through training and seminars.
