Protouch Staffing is seeking two Associate Attorneys for our growing insurance defense team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of litigation experience, must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and be a current member in good standing with the California State Bar.

A strong work ethic and excellent written and analytical skills are essential, with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years litigation experience is required.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Current membership/in good standing with the California State Bar is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and litigate defense cases.
• Draft motions, briefs and other legal documents.

Our growing insurance defense firm has current opportunities available for two Associate Attorneys.
