We are actively involved in the workers compensation community, giving educational seminars for many different clients and organizations, and, serving as members for the Claims Litigation Alliance, California Coalition on Workers’ Compensation, Association of Workers’ Compensation Professionals and the Industrial Claims Associations throughout the state. Job Requirements

Be a lawyer in the state of California State Bar in good standing (required)

Minimum 2-5 Years Of Defense Experience Required

Confident, articulate and persuasive in speech and writing

Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook

Able to work using case management software in a paperless environment
