Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience in NY Workers Compensation law.
• Ability to manage cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Attend hearings before the NY Workers’ Compensation Board.
• Conduct depositions of IME and treating physicians.
• Draft appeals, rebuttals, and summations.
• Develop negotiation strategies and settle claims.
• Communicate case updates to clients and adjusters.
• Prepare witnesses and strategize for favorable outcomes.
