We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workers Compensation Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling plaintiff personal injury cases from inception through trial, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and courtroom advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of workers compensation claims.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in preparation for court proceedings.
• Take and defend depositions of clients, witnesses, experts, and medical professionals.
• Engage in negotiations with insurance companies and defense counsel to secure favorable settlements for clients.
• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff to ensure timely case progression.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar (in good standing).
• 3+ years of experience in workers compensation litigation (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills with a client-first approach.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.
