We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a senior-level Trusts and Estates attorney for a confidential California private client practice. The role focuses on drafting and advising, with independent matter management and day-to-day client contact.

The ideal candidate will handle core estate planning, advise on administration, and collaborate to deliver precise documents and timely results. In-office work 4 days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active California bar admission in good standing.
• Senior-level trusts & estates experience appropriate for the role (up to 9 years).
• Strong drafting, issue-spotting, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and implement core estate planning documents, including trusts and wills.
• Advise clients on trust and estate administration and manage matters from intake to completion.

A confidential California law firm is seeking a senior-level Trusts and Estates attorney to support a sophisticated private client practice. This is a strong fit for an attorney who enjoys drafting and advising, can manage matters with limited oversight, and is comfortable serving as a day-to-day point of contact for clients.
