We Are Legal Revolution in California seeks a senior-level Trusts and Estates attorney to lead a sophisticated private client practice. You will draft and advise, manage matters with limited oversight, and serve as the day-to-day client contact.

The role blends technical drafting with practical client counseling and offers a path to senior associate, counsel, or junior partner depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Active California bar admission in good standing.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Trusts and estates experience appropriate for a senior-level seat (up to 9 years).
• Strong drafting, issue-spotting, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently and maintain strong client service standards.

Responsibilities

• Draft and implement core estate planning documents, including trusts and wills.
• Advise clients on trust and estate administration issues and coordinate matter execution.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery.
• Maintain high-quality written work product and clear client communications.
