Qualifications

• Indiana Bar admission is required.
• 3-5 years of coverage litigation experience is required.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions and provide coverage advice and recommendations for clients
• Conduct complex and rigorous legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda
• Draft and review pleadings, memos, briefs, discovery, motions with supporting briefs and other legal correspondence
• Attending depositions, hearings and mediations as required

Essential Skills & Experience

• Admission to the Indiana Bar
• 3-5 years of coverage litigation experience
• Excellent academic credentials
