Clyde & Co US LLP is seeking an associate with 3+ years of strong coverage litigation experience in Nevada. The candidate should be proactive, motivated and organized, with excellent research and writing skills.

This position focuses on drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and applying insurance policies to provide clear coverage opinions for clients. You will join a team that values rigorous analysis and timely collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and briefs

Education and Experience Required

• Admitted to practice in Nevada - having multiple admissions is a plus
• 3+ years of insurance coverage experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle matters of a highly sensitive nature
• Ability to handle time sensitive matters
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
