Parnalllaw seeks an experienced attorney in personal injury or insurance defense to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. You will manage intake, investigations, negotiations, and litigation, collaborating closely with colleagues to advocate for injured clients.

This role offers strong earning potential, relocation support of $10,000 and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 to 5:00, plus comprehensive benefits and pro bono opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury or insurance defense experience required.
• Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM (relocation assistance provided).
• Strong desire to work as part of a team to advocate for injured clients.

Responsibilities

• Intake / First Meeting with Clients: show compassion and build trust; document facts pertinent to liability, damages, and coverage; outline client and office action items.
• Investigation: direct investigations to build strong cases for trial; assess coverage and gather critical evidence.
• Negotiation: prepare cases for trial while evaluating full settlement value; maintain relationships with adjusters and negotiate aggressively.
• Litigation: prepare pleadings and discovery; strategize and execute trial preparations, mediation, or arbitration.
• General Responsibilities: review and sign correspondence; collaborate to move cases efficiently through the process.

• Maintain relationships with adjusters while negotiating aggressively and strategically.
• File suit when necessary and guide clients through the litigation process.

Litigation

• Prepare pleadings and discovery for lawsuits.
• Strategize and execute trial preparations, mediation, or arbitration.

General Responsibilities

• Timely review and sign correspondence drafted by team members.
• Collaborate effectively to ensure cases move efficiently through the process.
