• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
• 2–4 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing
• Experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Elevated attention to detail and ability to manage complex transactions end-to-end
• Confident in managing client relationships and providing strategic legal counsel

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
• Conduct legal due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage closing processes
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic, practical legal advice
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions
• Support partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters involving commercial and institutional clients
