Qualifications

• 2+ years of real estate transactional experience.
• Strong interest in affordable housing and community development.
• Experience with complex real estate transactions.
• Regulatory analysis experience preferred.
• Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• DC-barred or eligible candidates preferred, depending on firm requirements.
