Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Real Estate Associate for its Affordable Housing and Community Development Practice Group in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multifamily and/or commercial real estate, with a focus on financing affordable housing projects.

Candidates must have 3–5 years of relevant experience, DC bar admission or eligibility for waivers, and strong writing and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 3–5 years of multifamily/commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae financing.
• Admitted to the DC bar or eligible to waive in.

Responsibilities

• Draft transactional real estate documents for deals.
• Collaborate with clients and team on affordable housing projects.
• Advise on agency financing and HUD subsidy programs.
• Engage in tax-exempt bond financing and low-income housing tax credits.
