• Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join its growing Real Estate Practice Group.
• This position is ideal for an attorney with experience in non-judicial foreclosure, title review, or real estate law who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing title matters, managing foreclosure-related files, and ensuring compliance with client and legal requirements while delivering exceptional legal services.
• Review, analyze, and interpret title reports and related real estate documents.
• Manage non-judicial foreclosure matters and title-related deadlines efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client and firm standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, title companies, and internal teams.
• Conduct legal analysis related to foreclosure and title issues.
• Utilize technology and legal systems to review title reports and foreclosure files.
• Independently manage assigned matters while collaborating with attorneys and support staff.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in a non-judicial foreclosure state.
• Experience in real estate law, non-judicial foreclosure, title review, or related practice areas.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
