Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate documents, including office, retail, and industrial leases
Handle purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, financing, and related transactional matters
Advise clients on real estate strategy, risk, and compliance
Manage transactions from initial structuring through closing with minimal supervision

Requirements

3+ years of experience in real estate transactions
Leasing experience required (landlord and/or tenant-side)
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
Active Colorado Bar license (or ability to waive in)
Full-time, in-person role
Salary range: $170,000- $240,000 annually + performance bonuses
