Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil defense litigation incl. insurance defense, liability, product, premises, and auto claims.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and parties.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil defense litigation cases involving insurance defense, liability, product, premises, and auto claims
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process
• Manage a caseload and meet deadlines
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar, with a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law.
• Extensive experience in Civil Defense Litigation, particularly in Insurance Defense cases.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of liability, product, premises, auto, and trucking accident laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
