Job summary

Speaks Law Firm in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks a Licensed Attorney (NC and SC) with a passion for personal injury to join our legal team. You will analyze evidence, prepare pleadings, and collaborate with senior attorneys to shape case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active NC and SC bar membership required.
• Minimum 2 years of personal injury pre-litigation or litigation experience.
• Willingness to learn from nationally recognized attorneys.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong writing, research, negotiation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Solid computer skills; familiarity with legal software preferred.
• Experience with SmartAdvocate software is a plus.
• Passionate advocate with a positive attitude.

• Participate in marketing initiatives such as podcasts, blogs, and ad campaigns.

Compensation

This is a full-time salary exempt position. Annual base salary plus commission depends on experience.
