Responsibilities

• Case Load Management & Resolution Efficiency — manage 40-60 cases, close via settlement, mediation, or trial.
• Client Satisfaction & Communication — respond within 24 business hours and generate referrals.
• Billable Hours & Productivity — meet 1,800–2,000 hours annually and maintain time-entry discipline.
• Legal Skills & Case Outcomes — achieve favorable outcomes and high-accuracy research.
• Collaboration & Firm Contribution — work with team on marketing, pro bono, and outreach.
• Trial & Negotiation Performance — participate in trials as lead or co-lead strategist and push for favorable settlements.
• Settlement & Litigation Strategy Development — develop strategies and secure fair pre-trial settlements.
• Compliance & Risk Management — maintain on-time filings and ethical standards.

   • Maximize client recovery through efficient case management.
2. Client Satisfaction & Communication
   • Achieve a high client satisfaction score through effective communication.
   • Respond to client inquiries within 24 business hours.
   • Generate client referrals through exceptional service.
3. Billable Hours & Productivity
   • Meet annual billable hours target of 1,800-2,000 hours.
   • Ensure compliance with daily time entry, with minimal late or missing entries.
4. Legal Skills & Case Outcomes
   • Achieve favorable case outcomes, including settlements, judgments, or verdicts.
   • Conduct accurate legal research with 90%+ accuracy.
   • Achieve success in dispositive motion practice.
5. Professional Development & Leadership
   • Complete Continuing Legal Education (CLE) hours annually in personal injury or related fields.
   • Mentor junior associates and paralegals, contributing to training and development.
6. Collaboration & Firm Contribution
   • Foster teamwork and collaboration, with positive feedback from peers and leadership.
   • Participate in firm-wide initiatives, such as marketing, pro bono work, and community outreach.
7. Trial & Negotiation Performance
   • Actively participate in trials as first or second chair or lead case strategist.
   • Achieve a high success rate in settlement negotiations, aiming for favorable outcomes.
8. Settlement & Litigation Strategy Development
   • Develop comprehensive litigation strategies for assigned cases.
   • Secure pre-trial settlements reflecting full and fair value for clients.
9. Compliance & Risk Management
   • Maintain 100% on-time filing compliance with court deadlines and discovery cutoffs.
   • Adhere to ethical and professional standards with zero client complaints.
10. Revenue Generation & Cost Efficiency
    • Compensation up to $150,000
