This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated legal matters across a variety of practice areas while receiving the level of support appropriate to your experience.

Qualifications

• JD required or eligible for bar admission in Texas.
• Licensed or newly licensed attorney eager to develop practice.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and mentor junior attorneys.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on legal matters and strategy.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other documents.
• Manage case files and appear in court as needed.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients and maintain client communication.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective strategies.
