Responsibilities

• Advise clients and draft legal documents for assigned practice group.
• Oversee or support litigation, transactions, or regulatory matters from inception to resolution.
• Negotiate agreements, representing clients’ interests effectively.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and firm leaders on complex legal issues.
• Build strong client relationships and participate in business development.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing, teamwork, and diversity initiatives.
