A well-established and growing law firm in the Atlanta market is seeking an Associate Attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join its litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney interested in developing a practice focused on construction law and complex litigation while receiving hands-on mentorship and professional development.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent legal research and writing skills, and a genuine interest in construction-related disputes. Attorneys in this role will work closely with experienced litigators on a variety of matters involving construction defects, contract disputes, project delays, risk management, and other commercial litigation matters.
