Strategic Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate in Atlanta. A second- or third-year associate will handle sophisticated litigation alongside a team of respected attorneys who mentor and develop junior lawyers.

The role offers a collaborative culture and a reasonable billable-hours requirement. The associate will participate in discovery through trial preparation, with opportunities to draft pleadings, conduct research, take depositions, and interact with clients

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia.
• At least two years of litigation experience.
• Experience taking depositions and appearing in court.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent judgment and client communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Experience in commercial litigation, labor and employment, or related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and substantive motions.
