• Experience attending hearings, depositions, and client meetings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Handle discovery, depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and developments.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
• Assist in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings when necessary.
