Requirements

• Active member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
• Substantive litigation experience, preferably in commercial or business litigation.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Experience with pleadings, motions, discovery, and case management.
• Strong professional judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership of matters while working collaboratively with a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
