BCG Attorney Search in Orlando, FL seeks a Civil Litigation Attorney to manage a diverse range of civil, corporate, and commercial matters, with a strong grounding in federal and state regulations and precedents.

You will handle cases from intake through resolution, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and briefs, and maintain a full caseload. Florida bar admission required; 5+ years experience preferred; book of business a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a civil trial lawyer.
• Experience in Federal and State Business Court preferred.
• Proven track record in legal research and drafting.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Must bill a minimum of 35+ hours a week.
• Existing book of business preferred but not required.
