Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is partnering with a NATIONAL legal firm who specializes in Civil Litigation Defense and are seeking Associate Attorneys to work REMOTE in Northeast Pennsylvania (Wilkes Bar/Easton areas).

The ideal candidate is one who has experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, has strong organizational skills, and is willing to take on a heavy workload. This position imparts broad responsibilities and exposes you to a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.

This opportunity offers an EXCELLENT base salary ($80,000 - $90,000, DOE), and the opportunity to work REMOTELY with a fantastic firm while appearing in local county courts as needed.

Requirements

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in PENNSYLVANIA (multiple-state admission is a big PLUS) & must currently reside in the Wilkes Bar/Easton areas of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation
• Must possess superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels throughout the organization
• Strong legal research skills -- proficiency in LexisNexis is a plus
