Ideal candidates will have 3–7 years of litigation experience focused on employment law, with preference for those familiar with labor relations such as collective bargaining, grievance administration, and

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of litigation and employment law experience.
• Experience with labor relations matters, including collective bargaining, grievances, and arbitrations.
• Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey and New York Bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute pre-trial strategy, exercise sound judgment, and think creatively.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent and defend clients in hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Consult and counsel clients, effectively communicate on cases, providing consistent updates and comprehensive legal advice.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, prepare legal documents, and prepare and respond to discovery.
• Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and other team members in building and executing successful defense strategies.
