The Paramus, New Jersey office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing national Labor & Employment practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to expand their practice while working with an experienced and collaborative team representing employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters.

The ideal candidates will have at least 3-7 years of litigation experience with a focus on employment law. Experience with labor relations matters—including collective bargaining, grievance administration, and arbitration—is preferred but not required. Candidates must be active members in good standing of the New Jersey and New York Bar. Lateral Partners with dedicated employment attorneys are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

Salary ranges from $135,000 to $175,000, commensurate with experience, plus two bonus structures and a comprehensive benefits package.
