Employees First Labor Law is a plaintiff-side California employment litigation firm that fights for workers. Over the past decade we've grown into a seven-office firm spanning Southern and Central California, with more than $200 million recovered for our clients. We handle wage-and-hour, FEHA discrimination and harassment, retaliation and whistleblower, wrongful termination, leave violations, PAGA representative actions, and class actions. We try cases, and our attorneys learn to try them too.
We're are growing fast, and that growth creates real opportunity. We add attorneys, offices, and practice areas every year, so our lawyers take on leadership roles, build teams, and move up based on results rather than years served. Our compensation reflects that. High-performing EFLL attorneys earn more than their Big Law counterparts, without the billable-hour grind and without spending years waiting for meaningful work. Here you'll handle your own cases, take depositions, argue motions, and stand in front of juries, and you'll be paid for the results you produce.
