This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop their Labor & Employment practice within an established management-side team. The successful candidate will work with experienced attorneys and sophisticated employer clients on a broad range of employment matters.

Requirements

• Junior to mid-level attorney with experience in Labor & Employment law
• Management-side / employer-side experience preferred
• Experience with employment litigation, counseling, or both
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills
• North Carolina bar admission required
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong interest in developing a long-term Labor & Employment practice
