We Are Legal Revolution in Texas is seeking a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney with partner potential to lead a remote-first defense practice for insurers and self-insured clients. Manage a docket of trucking, auto, and premises liability matters, oversee defense from intake to resolution, and mentor junior attorneys while delivering client-focused service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Expertise in trucking, auto, premises liability, or similar liability defense.
• Strong client service focus, communication skills, and stability (no frequent job changes).

Responsibilities

• Manage a focused docket of 15–35 active liability files (trucking/auto/premises).
• Handle defense from intake through resolution: hearings, depositions, mediations, inspections.
• Maintain ~160 billable hours/month average.
• Collaborate remotely while staying connected to the team.

The Role

• Manage a focused docket of 15–35 active liability files (trucking/auto/premises)
• Handle defense from intake through resolution: hearings, depositions, mediations, inspections
• Maintain ~160 billable hours/month average
• Collaborate remotely while staying connected to the team
• Base salary up to $200,000 (DOE)
• Discretionary year-end bonus (recent examples: $10K–$15K+)
