Are you a seasoned litigator ready for a flexible, fully remote opportunity? A leading national firm is seeking a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney to join its growing team. This role offers autonomy, strong support, and competitive compensation—all while working from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload of complex insurance defense matters
• Oversee all phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff
• Maintain a monthly billable target of 160 hours

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Active license in Texas or Oklahoma (dual licensure is a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and efficiently
• Salary: $160,000–$180,000+ (commensurate with experience)
• Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
