6 Degrees Search is seeking a senior Associate Attorney for its Insurance Coverage Practice Group in Miami, FL. The role focuses on complex coverage litigation for domestic and international insurers, including property, CGL, E&O, and D&O matters.

Candidate must have 5–7 years of substantive litigation experience, with a strong command of policy analysis, coverage opinions, and oral arguments, including depositions and mediations. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

• Law Review and/or Honors required.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
• 5–7 years of substantive litigation experience, focusing on insurance coverage.
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies.

• Experience drafting litigation-related documents.
• Experience participating in depositions and mediations.
• Familiarity with bad faith, CGL, property, E&O, and D&O claims.
• Superior research and writing skills.

Our client, aleading international law firm, is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Insurance Coverage Practice Group. This growing practice handles complex, high-value coverage litigation and market conduct matters on behalf of both domestic and international insurers. The work includes commercial general liability, commercial property (including business interruption and environmental matters), errors and omissions claims involving attorneys, agents, and accountants, as well as directors' and officers' coverage.

Candidate Profile

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
• Law Review and/or Honors required
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing
• 5--7 years of substantive litigation experience, with a focus on insurance coveragematters
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies
• Ability to provide clear coverage recommendations
• Demonstrated experience drafting litigation-related documents
• Experience participating in litigation proceedings , including depositions and mediations, among others
• Familiarity with some or all of the following: bad faith insurance claims, commercial general liability , commercial property ,errors & omissions , and directors & officers
