Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP in Indiana is seeking a remote Associate Attorney to join our creditors’ rights practice. The role offers the chance to work with senior lawyers across foreclosure, bankruptcy and related litigation while developing a broad, well-rounded skill set.

You will draft motions and pleadings, attend court hearings (in person and virtual), and provide legal oversight in a high-volume environment. A strong legal writing and analytical capability is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Indiana
• 5+ years of experience in relevant practice areas
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, organized and driven
• Federal and Bankruptcy court admission is a plus

The Associate Attorney provides comprehensive legal representation across all firm practice areas, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters. Working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and supported by a skilled operational team under the guidance of a managing attorney, this role offers the opportunity to develop a well-rounded legal skill set.

What You’ll Do:

As our Associate Attorney you’ll:

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice

What You Bring:

• Licensed in Indiana (required)
• 5+ years (all qualified applicants considered)
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills

• Location:Remote
• Travel: Local court-related travel required
