Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join our remote Tennessee team. You will represent clients across foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation and related matters, drafting motions and appearing in court as needed.

We value experienced professionals with strong writing and analytical skills who can work independently in a high-volume practice while collaborating with our seasoned attorneys and support staff.

Qualifications

  • Licensed in Tennessee is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant practice areas.
  • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Multi-state licensure preferred, including Federal/Bankruptcy Courts.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin and related proceedings.
  • Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
  • Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
  • Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

JOB DUTIES:

The Associate Attorney provides comprehensive legal representation across all firm practice areas, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related matters. Working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and supported by a skilled operational team under the guidance of a managing attorney, this role offers the opportunity to develop a well-rounded legal skill set.

As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will:
  • Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
  • Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
  • Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
  • Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
What You Bring:
  • Licensed in Tennessee (required)
  • 5+ years (all qualified applicants considered)
  • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
  • Multi-state licensure (preferred)
  • Licensure to practice in Federal/Bankruptcy Courts (preferred)
  • Litigation, bankruptcy or collections experience (preferred)
Location & Travel:
  • Location: Remote-Tennessee
  • Travel: Local court-related travel required
Conditions of Work:
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods
  • Ability to remain focused for extended periods
  • Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (Typing, clicking, swiveling)
  • Ability to multi-task
