Job summary

The role involves day-to-day client representation, research, drafting motions, hearings, and depositions in federal and state courts, with on-site work in our Chicago office.

Candidates must have a J.D., be admitted to the Illinois or Indiana Bar (or reciprocal), and at least three years of civil litigation experience,

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Admission to Illinois or Indiana Bar (or reciprocal) is required.
• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation or trial experience.
• Deposition experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft motions and briefs.
• Attend hearings and conduct depositions.
• Represent clients in court and advise on litigation strategy.
• Engage in client meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
