• Draft, negotiate and review agreements and related documents.
• Represent clients in filings and proceedings as needed.

Seeking an Associate Attorney for a position in our Las Vegas law office. Candidates must be attorneys licensed to practice law in Nevada.

Ideal candidates will be problem solvers capable of utilizing a broad range of legal knowledge to address corporate and real property legal issues.
