You will handle depositions, complex discovery and ESI, draft key pleadings, and work closely with senior trial attorneys. A 3–7 year post-bar litigation background is preferred, with strong writing and research abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Approximately 3-7 years of post-bar litigation experience.
• Strong writing, analytical and legal research skills.
• Experience with depositions, court appearances, complex discovery and ESI.
• Demonstrated desire to build a career as a litigator.
• Collaborative, intellectually curious and comfortable working in a demanding litigation environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage substantive portions of complex litigation from early case development through resolution.
• Draft complaints, motions and other significant pleadings.
• Handle written discovery and complex document/ESI matters.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Work with experts and participate in trial preparation.
• Appear in court and develop meaningful first- and second-chair litigation experience.
• Collaborate closely with senior trial attorneys and a strong professional support team.
