Top Echelon Software, LLC, a highly regarded plaintiffs' litigation firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, seeks an Associate Attorney to join its office. This role offers exposure to sophisticated whistleblower and consumer protection class actions and meaningful courtroom experience early in the career.

You will manage portions of complex litigation, draft significant pleadings, handle discovery and ESI, take depositions, work with experts, and appear in court, with strong senior attorney support

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of post-bar litigation experience preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical and legal research skills.
• Experience with depositions, court appearances, complex discovery and ESI.
• Demonstrated desire to build a career as a litigator.

Responsabilités

• Manage substantive portions of complex litigation from early case development through resolution.
• Draft complaints, motions and other significant pleadings.
• Handle written discovery and complex document/ESI matters.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Work with experts and participate in trial preparation.
• Appear in court and develop meaningful first- and second-chair litigation experience.
