Qualifications

• Knowledge of laws, rules, precedents, and consumer protection statutes including FDCPA.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at legal, administrative, and other proceedings as assigned.
• Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations; formulate legal opinions for review.
• Identify causes of action and prepare lawsuits after investigating facts and applicable law.
• Conduct discovery in conformity with applicable rules.
• Interview clients and witnesses for case preparation.
• Draft briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents; monitor deadlines.
