Associate Attorney - Government Contracts

Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Government Contracts Associate to join its Corporate group in Washington, DC.

Position Details:

  • Location: Washington, DC
  • Seniority Level: Associate
  • Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $230,000 - $270,000 per year (may vary based on experience and other factors)

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in government contracts
  • Expertise in federal and state bid protests, claims under the Contract Disputes Act, and counseling under FAR, DFARS, and other agency supplements
  • Experience in legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in protests, claims, and government litigation
  • Preferred experience with US Government grants and cooperative agreements
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
  • Member in Good Standing with the Washington DC Bar
